AKA The patch before the new Episode!

Lots of little changes here to get the site ready for Episode 02: Revenant (which I'll get used to spelling just in time for Episode 03, for sure). Updated the front page of the site to display Episode 02 emblems instead of Episode 01 emblems. I've also added the Episode 02 filter to the Filters menu at the top of DEC.

I've marked any emblems that were only available during Episode 01 as no longer available.

I've gone through the list of Emblems On Sale on the front page to mark any emblems there that are no longer available; I've neglected that section for a little bit here, but it should be up to date.

I've also updated the banner on the front page of DEC that takes you to these patch notes. The image used to be of Sweeper Bot, but I've replaced that with Kadi 55-30, the Postmaster bot. Don't fret, Sweeper Bot is still featured in the Pardon Our Dust banner (which is also showing on the front page now, too).

I think that's it for this pre-Episode patch and database update. The next update will be the big one with all the new emblems once the API goes live (typically a bit after reset).
