Just updated DEC to include the unlock requirements for "Revenant Redress." This appears to be a drop from the Kell's Vengeance version of Contest of Elders. It also appears to be pretty rare, from what I'm seeing. Revenant Redress: https://destinyemblemcollector.com/emblem?id=
