Just updated DEC to include the unlock requirements for "Revenant Redress." This appears to be a drop from the Kell's Vengeance version of Contest of Elders. It also appears to be pretty rare, from what I'm seeing.

Per today's TWID (https://www.bungie.net/7/en/News/Article/twid_06_26_2025) there's a new emblem available as a Twitch Drop during next week's Developer Stream at 2025-07-01 at 10AM PT. Watch for 15 minutes to get the Observer Effect emblem.
